From drawings to an accepted pilot.
Sizing
Width, speed range, fabric types, PLC. We return camera count, resolution, GPU class and the register map.
Mechanical and imaging
You integrate cameras, lenses, lights and encoder to the spec. We verify flat-field, focus and pixel scale on the first machine.
Control handshake
PLC registers wired to the map; run / stop, speed and position checked against a simulator, then on the machine.
Pilot lots
First lots at a mill with the customer's defect scheme loaded — no sample collection beforehand. Operators review; we tune from their feedback.
Acceptance and release
Agreed metrics on the pilot's own data. Then a locked software version for that machine model, and your service team trained.
