What we collect
When you contact us via the form on pindeed.com or by email, we receive the information you submit (name, company, email, phone, role, material type, and your message). We do not use third-party trackers or advertising cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for our product, and follow up on commercial conversations you initiate. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Product data
AI Inspector runs on-premise inside the customer's facility. Production images and inspection records are stored on the machine and are not uploaded automatically. To provide license verification, remote maintenance and updates, the following is transmitted to Pindeed: equipment identifier, hardware information, software version and license status; a backup of the data-disk encryption key, used only to help the customer recover data; feedback that operators choose to submit in the system; and logs, images and records viewed or retrieved during remote maintenance to investigate a problem. Pindeed may use these images, with the customer's identifying information removed, to improve its products and models, and will not publish them or provide them to third parties. The machine is connected to Pindeed's maintenance network by default; the customer can disconnect it at any time and inspection continues normally, but remote service and updates are unavailable while disconnected. The software license agreement supplied with the equipment governs.
Retention
Inquiry information is retained for as long as needed to follow up on the commercial conversation, and thereafter for record-keeping for up to 3 years. You can request deletion at any time by writing to contact.
Your rights
Under Canadian PIPEDA and Chinese PIPL, you have the right to access, correct, and delete information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. Write to contact.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above always reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.
