What we collect
When you contact us via the form on pindeed.com or by email, we receive the information you submit (name, company, email, phone, role, material type, and your message). We do not use third-party trackers or advertising cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for our product, and follow up on commercial conversations you initiate. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Product data
AI Inspector runs on-premise inside the customer's facility. Production images, quality records, and operational data remain on the customer's own hardware and are not transmitted to Pindeed unless the customer explicitly opens a remote support session.
Retention
Inquiry information is retained for as long as needed to follow up on the commercial conversation, and thereafter for record-keeping for up to 3 years. You can request deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].
Your rights
Under Canadian PIPEDA and Chinese PIPL, you have the right to access, correct, and delete information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. Write to [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above always reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.
